Through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), companies have increasing responsibility to integrate social and environmental concerns into their everyday business operations and into their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis.
Elite Force’s business foundation is the provision of security to companies throughout Bangladesh. HR Management, employee welfare and many other factors underpin its CSR activities. Elite Force has been engaged in a variety of activities designed to fulfill its social responsibilities towards all its stakeholders. But Elite Force is still not involved in large-scale CSR activities. It wants to introduce a broad range of CSR activity. Elite Force wants to make sure that society as a whole feels a strong affinity towards the company by carrying out its responsibilities efficiently in making a significant contribution to society. Elite Force’s Corporate Social initiatives can be divided into two categories. The Employee Welfare Scheme has been created for Stakeholders within the company. All personnel at Elite Force are insured against accident and death. We pay their personnel regularly at the end of 30 days cycle including their overtime. The company also has free medical consultation for the personnel. Elite Force also bears limited expenses for medical treatment amongst other benefits.
