Sharif Shaham Al Waffin

Sharif Shaham, born Jan 1984, is the youngest member of the Management Team at Elite Force. Creative, innovative, dynamic & charismatic he has already made a great impact in Elite Force the largest private security company in the country, creating 20000+ job opportunity for the rural youth. He heads different SBUs and is responsible for overseeing Finance, Marketing, HR Management and International Business Development. Having worked for 15 years alongside his father, Brig.Gen Sharif Aziz (Retd), Shaham is regarded as next in line to carry on the responsibilities. Apart from spearheading the companies, he is an Angel Investor for few local and international tech startups. He is also responsible for reviewing International Business investments interests and allocating seed money for potential business ventures home and abroad.

He is well known among the Business community of Bangladesh for his contribution to various service & technology sectors. He was featured in the top newspapers/magazines of Bangladesh as a young upcoming leader. He also received “Best Young Entrepreneur of the Year” twice in 2013 and 2014. He completed his schooling from Scholastica and pursued Electrical Engineering in USA and also later obtained his dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & International Business from North South University. Shaham is member in the top clubs in Bangladesh including, Kurmitola Golf Club, Gulshan Club, Dhaka Boat Club, Baridhara Society, Gulshan Society and Diplomatic Club. This has given him the opportunity to network with like minded individuals who want to make a positive and real impact on society.

He is an avid reader and traveller. His interests include Books, Technology, Geo-politics, Cryptocurrencies & NFTs, Interior Designing, Construction, collecting signed memorabilia & Travelling. He has travelled to more than 45 countries and has helped establish business interests in USA, China, Australia and Dubai.
